Teleo Design was engaged to confirm the structural adequacy of the PT Blink system to be used for the construction of the Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill development, comprising three basement levels, a retail ground floor, and three six-storey residential towers constructed above.

The building structure was conceived using modular flat-pack steel components, manufactured offsite and delivered to site in transportable modules for assembly in a “lego-like” installation sequence.

The PT Blink system was deliberately selected to maximise construction efficiency, reduce onsite labour intensity, and streamline sequencing across the basements, retail podium, and residential towers. By rationalising the entire structure into a maximum of three distinct floor layout types, the design promoted repetition, simplified fabrication, and enabled a predictable installation methodology.

This approach aligned structural performance requirements with practical constructability objectives, ensuring the development could be delivered through a coordinated, repeatable, and highly efficient modular framework
